We only use your information to help you, and we never sell it. We follow Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) and anti-spam law (CASL).
What we collect
- Your name, email, phone, and address when you ask for a quote or book.
- Photos and notes about your property for the job.
- Basic website data, like IP address, that our host needs to run the site. No ad or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To quote, install, and support your cameras.
- To honour your quote and warranty.
Your cameras
We see live video only while we set up. We don't keep your recordings. After the install, your accounts and passwords are yours.
Emails and texts
We contact you about your request. We send offers only if you agree, and you can opt out anytime.
Who else sees it
Only the services we use to run the business: Cloudflare (website), Formspree (forms), Calendly (booking), and our email, phone, and accounting tools. Some of them store data in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and quotes. We don't keep other customer records after the job is done.
Your rights
Ask us to see, fix, or delete your information, and we will reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
